Training Grounds

This collection captures sparring sessions at WNY MMA & Fitness, where the local team shared the ring with visiting fighters from DC Boxing Academy in Canada. Though primarily an MMA facility, the gym's full-size boxing ring and comprehensive setup hosts quality boxing training, including active fighter and youth programs. The sparring exchanges between the two teams provided dynamic moments to photograph.
